Requirements :
- Any 40A, 48A & 80A level 1 & level 2 Tesla charging station.
- Any EV with a J1772 charge port.
- NOT compatible with Tesla Superchargers
The Stellar Plug will allow you to charge any EV (Hyundai, Ford, KIA, Polestar, VinFast, Lexus, Toyota, etc.) with a Tesla plug. Whether you're visiting a friend or using a public Tesla charging station (besides superchargers) this adapter will allow you to charge your J1772 compatible vehicle.
Instructions :
Insert the Tesla connector into the Stellar plug, wait 30 seconds before plugging into the car. The charging process should start.
If the charging process doesn't start or shows an error message, leave everything plugged and head into your car. Press the ''START'' button and wait until the charging process starts. Once it has started, simply turn off your car and leave it charge.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
The Tesla Stop ships to addresses within Canada and the U.S., excluding U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The Tesla Stop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
The Tesla Stop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
